Welcome to Isla Verde Community of Owners
Isla Verde was built around 1986 and was one of the first high rise apartment blocks allowed in Torrevieja. Its individual style of architecture was designed to mimic the way Spanish houses had traditionally been built into the hillsides in the more mountainous regions of the countryside. Built in two phases it occupies a corner plot along Calle Marcelina and Calle Los Emilio in Nueva Torrevieja. The courtyard design of the grounds allows for a large relaxing area around the feature central swimming pool.
